If you fail to authenticate your card (3D Secure), please check if you have any reason for the following:
- The personal authentication password is not registered
If the "password" of the personal authentication service (3D Secure) is not registered, the personal authentication of the card will fail.
To register a "password", please apply by yourself from the card company.
- The personal authentication password is incorrect
The "personal authentication password" of the personal identification service (3D Secure) is registered, but if the entered "password" is incorrect, the personal identification of the card will fail. To change the "password", please apply by yourself from the card company.
- A card that does not support the personal authentication service (3D secure) is selected.
There is a possibility that the card does not support the personal authentication service (3D secure). Contact the card company to see if the card you use supports the identity authentication service (3D Secure).
- Canceled personal authentication
If you cancel the card authentication (3D secure) without entering the "password", the card authentication will fail.
Enter your "password" to complete the card's identity verification.
