When a gift is sent via email, sometimes the recipient may not find the email in their inbox. In such cases, please check the following:

Occasionally, depending on the type of email provider you use, the email dponGift sends to the recipient may go to the email spam box or the like.
2. Wait
It may take a little while for the email to be sent from time to time. Please wait at least 15 minutes for the email to be sent.
3. If they still haven't received it
In that case, you (the sender) can go to My Page and click Send Gift to send an email directly. There, you can also find other methods to send the gift aside from email.
