What should I do about card payment errors?
You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, Amex, JCB cards (credit card and debit card). Please check first whether there are any problems with the card number, expiration date, etc.
In some cases, a password entry screen may appear with the 3D Secure authentication (identity verification) of the card you are using. At this time, if the password for 3D Secure authentication set by the card company is entered correctly, the payment will be completed.
If you fail to authenticate your card (3D Secure), please check if any of the following applies:
- The personal authentication password is not registered
If the password of the 3D Secure service is not registered, card authentication will fail. To register a password, please apply to your card company. - The personal authentication password is incorrect
The 3D Secure password is registered but the entered password is incorrect. To change the password, please contact your card company. - A card that does not support 3D Secure is selected
The card may not support 3D Secure. Contact the card company to confirm whether your card supports 3D Secure. - Cancelled personal authentication
If you cancel the 3D Secure authentication without entering the password, the card authentication will fail. Enter the password to complete the verification.
